tino.build is a personal site. public pages (home, about, resume, writing, experiments, chess, docs, contact, privacy) do not require an account. you can read them without cookies beyond what the host and auth vendor set for signed-in use.

signed-in features use clerk for authentication and convex for application data. vercel hosts the site. those vendors process technical data such as ip address, user agent, and account identifiers under their own policies. operator tools (eve chat, maple traces, openwiki, house-brain) are restricted. they are not a public data store.

i do not sell personal information. i do not run third-party advertising. analytics and error traces keep the site reliable. they are not a marketing profile. if you create an account, clerk stores the identity you provide. if you sync a chess or rivals username, that handle is stored to render your pages.

markdown and json for agents carry the same public facts as the html, not private admin notes. do not send secrets to public endpoints (/mcp, /llms.txt, /sitemap.xml, /openapi.json, /api/v1).
